General terms and condition of sales.

Unless the contrary is shown or we share in an offer, prices are:

per unit or bottle (bt) as indicated

Exclusive of VAT and duty

Exclusive of delivery charges

Provisional and subject to our confirmation, upon acceptance of order

Payment is due on invoice, and may be made by bank transfer.

Our wines are invoiced in euros  and made available with the necessary customs documentation and certificates.

Minimum order must be 3600 EUR value EX-CELLAR

Wines above 300 EUR / 75cl, order by single bottle is possible

Wines below 300 EUR / 75cl ex-cellars, either by 6 bts or by 12 bts, depending on our exact stock.

For quantities please check with us.

We will notify you once wines are available.

National or international transport may be arranged by us as your agent at the rates of charge indicated.

You will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfying your order three days after collection/delivery, and thereafter will not be entitled to reject wines for any reason.

We shall not be liable for any failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We undertake the proper safekeeping and storage of wines in our possession but we will not be responsible for the state and condition of wines or whether the wine corresponds to the qualities which might be expected from its description. 

The placing and accepting of oral orders shall form a contract on these terms, conditional upon our written confirmation of order which may be by the delivery of an invoice.
